The employee on the phone said she would have her manager call him with an answer. 2 weeks later someone called him to try and get it rescheduled and My husband asked for a refund. He called the customer service number and they told him that they would have a manager call him. My husband called the store and was unable to get a hold of them. The week of the party my husband and both kids got COVID and was unable to go. I scheduled the party on Jan 31st, 2022 and all was well.
